This unique event combines a challenge, interaction, humour and imparts the skills of matching fine food and wine.
Do you believe that wine and cheese choices are subjective? If so you’re right! Camembert and Chateau Lafite or Sauternes with Roquefort, anything goes when choosing for yourself - it's which wine you like, with which cheese you like that counts. However some cheeses have been developed suit local wines, providing a fabulous match. And how do you choose for a group of forty people when your own personal favourite is Craft Singles and Champagne? The secret lies in our unique formula!

This format is highly suited to client events, networking, press events and more formal conferences, etc.
All can be run: either as a seated show with a great deal of participation, audience interaction, quizzes and other appropriate entertainment elements, or at stalls at a reception or function where the entertainment is a feature, rather than the main event.
Still entirely participative and fully interactive, the Game Show formats have a number of inter-tasting elements for the audience. The options include 'uncorked' (a frenetic decanting challenge), 'I'm getting Gooseberries' (aroma detection), 'Whose Wine is it Anyway?' (wine creation) and a host of fun quizzes.
