A fast paced tasting show and auction where guests assess their wines in groups before placing bids. Have you ever wondered whether the high prices paid for certain wines were purely hype and rarity? In this challenge we cut through the reputation and snobbery that commonly affects wine prices, allowing guests to assess for themselves the quality, age and price of a range of mystery wines, before bidding for them in a mock auction against other teams.

All can be run: either as a seated show with a great deal of participation, audience interaction, quizzes and other appropriate entertainment elements, or at stalls at a reception or function where the entertainment is a feature, rather than the main event.

Still entirely participative and fully interactive, the Game Show formats have a number of inter-tasting elements for the audience. The options include 'uncorked' (a frenetic decanting challenge), 'I'm getting Gooseberries' (aroma detection), 'Whose Wine is it Anyway?' (wine creation) and a host of fun quizzes.
