The City Cellars are a superb combination of three interconnecting, self contained, private rooms, including a purpose built projection room, reception room, and private dining room.

The James Watt Room, Sugar Rooms and Smeatons Vaults are characterful settings accomodating between 30 and 100 people. The Sugar Room overlooking the cobbled courtyard is popular for private drinks receptions and canapés before entering the Upper Sugar Room via the private staircase. The Porter Tun (below left) is a stunning room ideally suited to events for between 250 - 500 guests.
