During the introduction, Richard gives your guests an understanding of artisan cider making, and leads them on an exploration of their senses to help them detect vintage from non-vintage and perry from apple, as well as regional characteristics. After the introduction, they compete in a fun challenge, complete with quick-fire quizzes, improvisation, and a healthy serving of humour.
