After a fun introduction on how to taste Champagne, and a short virtual tour of the region, guests use their new skills to distinguish vintage from non-vintage, Reims from Epernay and old from new.
In the early nineties Francis worked for an agent of Champagnes Bollinger and Krug, visiting the properties many times with customers. Since then he has conducted tours to the region with Taste of the Vine, and hosted the company’s tastings with customary humour and fun anecdotes.
This format is suited to client events, networking, press launches and conferences.
