This tasting is not just for the whisky buff or even those who normally drink it. It’s an experience that enthralls all, by giving guests the pointers on how to detect region, cask type and age, before they compete in a fun challenge using premium and rare single malt whiskies.

Francis' interest in Scottish Malt Whisky was sparked in the late ‘90s when he was asked to write an interactive show for a prominent whisky expert. Since then he has visited most of Scotland’s working distilleries and hosted over 300 tasting events.
